Ceron Lee started her leadership journey in Cadbury, marketing the well-loved global chocolate brand and also regional candy brands, Clorets, Halls and The Natural Confectionary Co. With the acquisition from Kraft, she progressed to marketing Oreo, the iconic global cookie brand and regional brands such as Jacob’s crackers and Twisties snacks. 

She moved on to take up an Asia Pacific marketing leadership position in Accolade Wines to build a stronger portfolio and brand presence of Hardy's, a heritage brand with more than 150 years of legacy. 

Her next role in StarHub, the leading telco in Singapore, has witnessed her leveraging on digital marketing to build emotional connections with the youths. She grew the segment, which has a high life time value, if they are acquired as a new subscriber and continue to stay with the telco at the end of each contract term. Thereafter, tapping on her strong stakeholder management skills and quest to embrace the latest technology, in her business development role, she worked with start ups to curate IoT solutions to help businesses to improve their sales, productivity and efficiencies. 

With her growth mindset, she joined the biggest Italian biopharmaceutical company, focusing on portfolio development to fulfill unmet needs, thereby improving the quality of lives of consumers in the Asia Pacific region. As 1 of her key strengths is speed to market, she transitioned to lead and scale up the Regional E-Commerce business 2 years later. This move is in line with the company’s mission to transform itself into an omnichannel pharmaceutical and consumer health care company in the region.
